We are looking for two experienced Automotive Detailers to join our team at our Clear Lake Infiniti location. If you are a driven and highly focused detailer, looking for new opportunities with uncapped commission potential, and seeking a stable position with no prospecting required – then this may be the job for you! 


Job Responsibilities 

• Exterior wash 

• Inspect and clean engine compartment 

• Vacuum interior and cargo area 

• Dress wheels and tires 

• Clean all glass components thoroughly 

• Train and assist other make-ready and detail tech 

• Maintain inventory and order make-ready supplies 

• Sweep, dust, and mop work area 

• Maintain strict adherence to store policy on client vehicle care and operation 

• Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction 

• Maintain company provided tools and additional equipment per company standards 

• Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to the next step of the reconditioning process 

Requirements: 

• Experience in automotive detail 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions 

• Availability to work long hours and a varying schedule to meet the needs of a fast-paced location 

• Must have a checking/savings account or pay card with routing numbers for ACH 

• Must be customer service and goal oriented 

• Have attention to detail 

• Ability to operate manual transmission is a plus 
  
  This is a commission pay job. Full time Monday- Saturday.
